I thought I would do something different; sometimes when I don't have any fertility journey updates or much interesting to post, I can feel a bit stuck which makes me forget to think of ideas and all I'll do is my day job (retail work). Hence, the reason I have decided to post some of my personal journal prompts that I write in my journal often. Let's start!

Write some words of wisdom:

In the long journey we call Life, we all come across challenges of big and small sizes. It could simply be studying your hardest and hoping to pass that test, or it could be as tiny as crushing on a person and wondering if they feel the same way. As you get older, the challenges start becoming more of a big deal with wondering how to budget your wages until your next pay check. No matter what it is, it tends to flick on the "stress switch".

Whenever stress occurs, the only thing that makes it worse is when you've tried every solution you can think of and it doesn't resolve. Having been down this path many times, I have had to force myself to discover another option to overcome it all. That option is finding your faith and following.

Now, finding your faith doesn't mean religion as I do not follow a religion. It means finding an avenue to help you believe that you can get through whatever you are going through. My faith is following the belief of spiritual connections through nature, animals, and energies of positive feeling in the universe. To specify, I heal from stress and challenging situations with crystals, meditation, and acknowledging what is in my control. We are all responsible for our feelings, actions, and words so we make a choice with all of the things that are part of us individually. When something is out of our control, we are not responsible for it, therefore it is not worth stressing about.

When you follow your faith, it prevents you from isolation and negativity. If your faith is religious with God or Buddha etc. then follow it, especially in the difficult times. If your faith is spiritual or wiccan or even if your faith is someone you love most, follow it while it guides you back into a positive light.

Faith is the knowledge that deep down, things will get better.
